The complex was opened in May 2012, the resort is a recent building at a short distance from the sea.
The Village consists of 3 residential blocks arranged on different levels and thanks to this layout most of the apartments have a  “sea view”.
The complex is surrounded by greenery, with beautiful terraces, where you can enjoy magnificent views of La Maddalena and Corsica, the gardens, the fragrant and lush surrounding hills and in particular the beautiful pool equipped with a waterfall and every comfort.
Just 2.8 km away there is the centre of Baja Sardinia with its famous “Piazzetta”, its white sandy beach and its crystal clear water. For nightclub and disco lovers there are many locals throughout the territory and particularly in the famous Porto Cervo, the heart of the international jet set, at about 6/7 km.
Apartments are on different levels, according to the lie of the land. They are spacious and elegantly furnished with valuable finishing touches, equipped with crockery, cutlery and AIRCO. They are all provided with TV, oven and washing machine. Most of them have the dishwasher, while some of them have two bathrooms (the most with shower), hairdryer, terrace or patio furnished.

Die Vormittag Tauchausflug besteht aus “zwei Flaschen Tauchgàngen” d.h. in einer Reisen warden zwei TG, der eine nach dem anderen mit 1 Stunde Oberflàchenpause, realisiert – im Marine Park von La Maddalena (Caprera und Monaci Inseln) – Rùckkehr von Ausgang its ungefàhr zwischen 13,30 und 13,30 Uhr, abhàngig von der Entfernung des Tauchplatzes. Man hat auf diese Weise den ganzen Nachmittag zur Verfùgung. Mit einem Zuschlag von € 25,00 pro Ausflug (mit zwei TG) ist es möglich, die Short Distance TG in Long Distance TG im Gebiet der Natural Park von Lavezzi (Korsika-Frankreich) zu verwandeln, das mehr als 12 Meilen von Poltu Quatu entfernt liegt oder mit einem Zuschlag von € 50 pro Ausflug (mit zwei TG) ist es möglich, die Short Distance TG in Full-Day Ausflug zu verwandeln. Wir bieten auch Full-Day Ausflug im Gebiet des Natural Parks von Tavolara mit einem Zuschlag von € 60, oder € 70 im Gebiet der Cerbicali Inseln, das in mehr als 18 Meilen Entfernung von Poltu Quatu liegen.

Wenn Sie mit dem Flugzeug anreisen und ein Tauchpacket mit Unterkunft buchen, ist die Tauchausrüstung im Tauchpreis enthalten (außer Computer und Taschenlampe sowie die Monate Juli und August).
